The Health and Social Care Bill seeks to establish a National Health Service Commissioning Board and related Commissioning Consortia, to reform the Public Health System, to establish a Centre of Health and Care Excellence and a Health Information Centre, to abolish and reform public bodies involved in health care and improve coordination between local authorities and commissioners of healthcare.
