Anna Soubry has, this week, met with Broxtowe leaders from the National Citizenship Scheme, in Parliament. The leaders, Dan Grishin, Freya Corner and Maddie Powell had been taking part in a week long course in Parliament, before spending most of Thursday at a Parlimentary Reception.
Speaking of the meeting, Anna said:
“It was a real pleasure to meet Dan, Freya and Maddie. The National Citizenship Scheme is a great opportunity for young people build skills for work and life and give back to their local community.
Dan, Freya and Maddie will be leading a social action project in Broxtowe, ideas for which they discussed with the Minister responsible for the NCS, Nick Hurd MP.
