Anna Soubry MP has today revealed the plans of developers for 450 houses on green belt land at Field Farm and urged people to contact the developers with their views and to attend the Stapleford North CAT meeting.
In her newsletter today, Anna commented on the plans and provided updates on the Nuthall Public Meeting as well as Ashfield District Council’s decision to halt plans for development. To read Anna’s latest newsletter please click here
Anna said, “As many residents will remember, Field Farm has been fought over before, and last time the developers backed off. Everyone who wants to protect this part of our green belt needs to work together again. Broxtowe Borough Council has made Field Farm its “preferred site” so it’s going to be a tough battle.”
The Stapleford North CAT meeting will take place on Thursday 24th November at Pasture Road Community Church, 7:00pm-8:30pm.
