St Mary’s church in Greasley hosts an annual Victorian Christmas Market which was opened this year by local MP Anna Soubry. There is a rich mix of stalls all with a seasonal theme and stall holders and organisers wear Victorian costumes. Proceedsfrom the raffle and a number of stalls go to St Mary’s one of the loveliest churches in Broxtowe.
“I have been coming to the Victorian Market for the last few years and seen it grow in popularity. There was a long queue outside this morning so we got on and opened the event quickly.”
