Stapleford Older People's day

Come along at 10.00-12.30pm, downstairs in Stapleford Care Centre.  All ages welcome.

 

There will be information stalls including:

  • Healthy eating
  • AGE UK
  • Reducing medicine waste
  • Oral health and Nutrition
  • Stapleford History Club

 

Plus:

  • Movement to Music exercise – Taster session at 10.00 am – come along and join in the fun!
