Broadgate Tea Party: On Broadgate Park there will be a host of activities including; Maypole Dancing, Circus Skills, Face Painting, Magic Tricks and a number of food, drink and local business stalls to peruse. 

Beeston Bid, Mason&Mason and Gem106 have organised a Tea Party at Broadgate Park from 11:00am til 4:00pm to celebrate the Queens's Diamond Jubilee.

Tickets are available for seatings at: 11:00am, 12;30pm, 2:00pm and 3:30pm. Tickets cost £7.50 per person, available from Mason&Mason, 140 High Road, Beeston, NG9 2LN or phone: 0115 922 5011. Tea will be served inside a marquee with entertainment from Maxine Robinson.

The Mayor of Broxtowe will be judging the local schools' colouring competition. Sam Pinkham will join the celebrations from 11:00am until 14:00.

Allotment Open Day: 12noon until 16:00, Take a trip to Wollaton Road allotments and enjoy a tour of the site including the community garden and orchard. Visitors will be able to pick up hints and tips along the way. Entry is via the Wollaton Road gates.
